Last year York finished in the top 3 cities in the UK both for the number of records and species seen– can we do better this year?
It’s an event for all the family – no expertise is needed, just come along with your smart phone and we’ll help you get going with the iNaturalist app which is used to identify and record whatever you see. Drop by at any time and get exploring. You don’t realise until you look closely what a range of species even something as common as a nettle can support! Have you ever wondered what the plants you see are? Here’s your chance to find out as well as help us compete for the top spot with dozens of other cities.
