Join St Nicks Green Corridors team for a walk along the lower reaches of the River Foss focusing on riverbank management and the ongoing work to protect and increase water vole populations on the river.

In 2023 the Foss Internal Drainage Board agreed to implement a less intensive management regime on the lower sections of the river. This was in partnership with St Nicks Green Corridors project. The 2024 management plan has been adjusted after feedback and learning from last year.
